Comedian Seyi Law has claimed that Nigeria is safer now under President Bola Tinubu than it was 10 years ago.
In a podcast interview with Daddy Freeze, Seyi Law claimed that the current government has made significant strides in addressing insecurity.
He noted that more bandits have been eliminated in recent years compared to the time after former President Goodluck Jonathan’s administration.
He highlighted that large-scale bombings, which were more frequent in the past, have become less common, although he acknowledged that kidnapping remains a persistent issue in the country.

Regarding the economy, he asserted that Nigeria’s economic conditions have improved since Tinubu took office.
He stated that “Nigeria is safer now than it was ten years ago. This government has neutralized more bandits since Jonathan’s time.
“When was the last time you heard of a bomb blast in Nigeria? Kidnapping has been happening for a long time.
“Economically, Nigeria is better off than when Tinubu took over.”
