The senator representing Adamawa South Senatorial District, Sen. Binos Yaroe, has called on eligible voters in his constituency to take full advantage of the ongoing nationwide voter registration exercise by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in preparation for the 2027 general elections.
Speaking to constituents across the nine local government areas of Adamawa South, Sen. Binos emphasized the importance of obtaining a Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC) as a prerequisite for participating in the electoral process.
“The continuous voter registration exercise by INEC is currently ongoing across the country,” the senator said.
“I urge all constituents of Adamawa South and the people of Adamawa State at large to come out, register, and get their PVCs so they can exercise their civic responsibility in 2027.”
He specifically called on citizens aged 18 and above who have not previously registered to seize the opportunity.

Also, the senator encouraged those who have lost or damaged their PVCs, or who need to transfer their registration or update personal details such as name or address, to do so without delay.
“Your vote begins with registration,” Sen. Binos stressed. “If you want to shape the future, you must first take this step. Register today for your future, your vote.”
The ongoing registration exercise is part of INEC’s preparations to ensure a credible, inclusive, and transparent electoral process in 2027.
