Enugu State security operatives successfully neutralized four armed gunmen and seized a substantial cache of weapons, as the fight against criminal elements intensifies in the region.
A joint team of Nigerian Army, Police, and DSS personnel intercepted the assailants in the early hours of Wednesday at Eha-Alumona, Nsukka LGA. Reports indicate that the gunmen were plotting attacks across various locations, including the Enugu metropolis.

Sources revealed that the apprehended commander, reportedly active across neighboring states, led the operatives to multiple hideouts filled with arms, charms, and other dangerous items.
