Ebonyi state Governor, Francis Nwifuru has challenged all his appointees to rise to their responsibilities, stating that the era of political patronage has gone as no excuse would be enough not to deliver fully his People’s Charter of Needs manifesto.
Governor Nwifuru made the disclosure during an anniversary lecture marking his two years in office held at the Re Meritona Hotel in Abakaliki.
He advised political office holders to build on legacy projects knowing that they would one day bow out of office, and would be remembered with their impacts while in power.
