A real estate firm, LIFEPAGE has restated her commitment to develop one million affordable, acceptable and accessible homes by 2041.

Chief Executive Officer of LIFEPAGE, Mr. Oladipupo Clement, reaffirmed this during a party, organised for sales partners, investors, staff members, customers and guests to celebrate the end of a successful business year.

While thanking investors and customers for their patronage over the past nine years, he urged them to take advantage of the investment and housing opportunities put together by the company to make home ownership easy for everyone.

This, he said, is in tandem with the firm’s long-term goal to develop 1,000,000 affordable, acceptable and accessible homes by 2041.

He said: “The company will continue to create more platforms to improve standard of living, as well as help to fund and improve the already existent customer lifestyle with her products and offers.”

LIFEPAGE at the event announced the winners of her End of the Year Bounty Offer at the Hall of Fame.
It is also an avenue to celebrate outstanding partners and appreciate hard-working staff members.

Recall on October 1, 2021, LIFEPAGE, announced the End of the Year Bounty Offer where customers who subscribe to any product from N1,000,000, stand a chance of winning fantastic prizes like a 10-year mortgage plan, N1 million and N500,000 cash prizes. This promise was fulfilled at the event as the winners of the bounty offer were selected through a raffle draw.

Ifeoluwa Oriyomi, Mrs Adedayo Olukoya, Mr Aniefiok Akpan, were the lucky winners of a 10-year interest-free Mortgage (2-bedroom apartment, Almond County, Mowe), N1 Million only and N500,000 only respectively.

The partners were not left out as top sales partners/managers were not only appreciated for their outstanding performances, they were also presented with 2-bedroom apartment, an exotic car, weekend getaways at a resort and trips overseas. After the presentation of prizes handled by the Executive Director, Product Development and Estates, Mr. Opeoluwa Oni and Mr. Clement.

The firm also rolled out new products on investments including the possibility of investing to own a home, pegged at 50 percent Return on Investment (ROI). Details of the package is on the firm’s business website
Also speaking at the event, the Executive Director, Sales, Mr. Francis Ajilore, reiterated the benefits of the new offers.

Adding that construction works are in top gear for the latest housing projects, (Orange Terraces in Millennium Estate, Gbagada; Almond County, Mowe; Acacia, Lakowe ) and up for grabs from February 2022.
