The Adamawa State Police Command has arrested three suspects and recovered illegal substances during a recent raid in Malabu, Fufore local government council of the state.
Acting on credible intelligence, police operatives, according to the command’s spokesperson, conducted the operation on December 18, 2024, targeting a known criminal hideout.
The raid, as announced by the command, resulted in the arrest of three individuals and the seizure of substances suspected to be Indian hemp and other hard drugs.

The suspects, identified as Shafiu Musa, Idris Mohammed, and Bashiru Nasiru—all residents of Malabu District, as made known by the command, have confessed to their involvement in illegal drug trade activities on the global black market.
The Command reaffirmed its commitment to safeguarding the state, emphasizing its zero-tolerance stance on drug-related crimes.
