The National Executive Committee of the Pan Niger Delta Development Forum (PANDEF) has commended the organization’s leadership and dedication to development.
PANDEF gave the commendation during a courtesy visit to the management of the NDDC.
The body said it recognized the commission’s transformative efforts, particularly on the Auchi-Benin Road and the ‘Light up the Niger Delta’ programme.
PANDEF’s Deputy National Chairman, Ambassador Godknows Igali, who gave the commendation, praised the NDDC management team for their hard work and initiatives.
Responding, the NDDC Managing Director, Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, emphasized the significance of accountability and transparency in the commission’s operations.

He highlighted the introduction of KPMG and data-driven approaches for programmes such as ‘Project HOPE’ and the youth internship scheme.
Dr. Ogbuku assured PANDEF of the commission’s ongoing commitment to development, which includes partnerships with international oil companies and the exploration of solar mini-grid projects.
The visit he added, exemplifies the collaborative efforts between PANDEF and the NDDC to promote development in the Niger Delta.
