Operatives of the Oyo State Police Command have arrested three notorious robbers and also recovered six exotic cars.
The suspects were part of a gang which have been unleashing terror in the state metropolis by killing their victims in most robbery operations.
While raiding the criminal hideouts, detectives recovered exotic cars and several arms and ammunition used by the notorious robbers to carry out their nefarious acts.

One of the detectives who spoke with The Trumpet attributed the successful proactive policing and swift response of the operatives to credible information and intelligence reports received by the Command on the nefarious activities of the gangsters in the state.
“The arrest came as the command intensified clamping down on kidnappers and herdsmen terrorizing the state using the vast thick forest in the state to serve as a shield after kidnapping innocent citizens demanding huge ransom from their families.
“We performed on receiving credible information, to track down criminals,” the investigator said.
