Dimkpa advised the karate athletes to put in their best because they would compete with the best karatekas nationwide in the tournament.

He said: “You are going to be looking out to showcase yourself and your talent, you are going to be up against the best in the country.”

The South-South Chairman (KFN) urged the karatekas to display the best of skills in the event to confirm that they are qualified to practice karate.

“So hopefully, you will have framed up your skills and come showcase to us that you qualify as a Karateka.”

Moreover, he listed other corporate bodies and limited liability companies that have indicated interest to sponsor the event aside from Stratabase Group.

Dimkpa said, “Corporate entities such as Vandrezzer Energy Services, Solotone Global Services, and Allied Victory, all limited liability companies, have secured bookings for sponsorship participation in the championship.”

The event is expected to showcase promising talents in Nigeria.
