Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have intercepted a major cocaine shipment ingeniously concealed in the heads of imported dry stock fish, popularly known as “Okporoko,” in Lagos, arresting a suspected kingpin linked to an international drug trafficking network.
