The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has donated 150 desktop computers and 15 UPS units to the University of Delta (UNIDEL), Agbor. This initiative is part of NDDC’s ongoing efforts to enhance education and digital literacy across the Niger Delta region.
Speaking during the presentation, Mr. Ukeje Ukeje of Vinergy Consult Limited emphasized the impact of the donation, stating that the computers would revolutionize learning at UNIDEL by providing students with access to modern technology and essential research tools.
“This donation will significantly improve research and development efforts at the university. It will also boost productivity among students and staff, allowing them to complete academic and administrative tasks more efficiently,” Ukeje added.
