The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has officially released the list of eligible applicants selected to participate in the 2025 Basic Military Training Course (BMTC) aptitude test, marking a key milestone in its ongoing recruitment drive.
Director of Public Relations and Information for the Nigerian Air Force, Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame, disclosed the development in a statement issued on Wednesday.
The shortlist of applicants is now available on the official NAF recruitment portal at nafrecruitment.airforce.mil.ng, where candidates can check their names and confirm test details.
The air force explained that the aptitude test is scheduled to take place on December 13, 2025, at 15 designated centres nationwide, beginning at 7:00 a.m.
It advised shortlisted applicants to report early and to bring their acknowledgement slips and writing materials, which are mandatory for admission into the test centres.
Ejodame reiterated the air force’s commitment to a transparent and merit-based recruitment process, emphasizing the importance of selecting qualified young Nigerians to serve with honour and professionalism.

The BMTC 46/2025 recruitment exercise is part of the air force’s broader effort to strengthen its ranks with well-trained personnel.
“Applicants are encouraged to regularly visit the recruitment portal for updates and to verify their assigned centres and reporting requirements.
“As preparations for the aptitude test intensify, officials have reiterated that all phases of the recruitment process are conducted free of charge.
“Applicants should exercise caution against fraudsters and unofficial channels, which have been previously flagged by NAF in separate warnings against fake recruitment communications,” the statement added.
