The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has produced two documentaries that will be broadcast on the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) in celebration of its 61st anniversary.
The documentaries will portray the over six decades of dedicated service, resilience, and exemplary performance by the NAF and will further serve as an important milestone in the history of Nigeria’s defence forces.
The NAF Director of Public Relations and Information, Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame, who disclosed this, said the broadcast of the two documentaries aims to highlight the notable achievements and contributions of the NAF to national security and regional stability.
Ejodame added that the NTA has prepared two compelling documentaries that will provide in-depth insights into the operations and accomplishments of the NAF, as well as the significant outcomes of the upcoming 4th African Air Forces Forum.
“This documentary will encapsulate the highlights and key moments from the NAF Day commemorative event.
“Viewers will witness the unwavering dedication, discipline, and extraordinary capabilities of the Nigerian Air Force personnel as they showcase aerial displays, tactical exercises, and award ceremonies that recognize outstanding service members.
“The event emphasizes the NAF’s commitment to excellence and innovation in air defense,” he said.

The NAF spokesman further added that the presentation will delve into the discussions, collaborations, and strategic initiatives that emerged from the forum, which brings together air forces from across the African continent.
“The documentary will illustrate how these joint efforts continue to enhance partnerships, share resources, and strengthen security measures to address common challenges in the region.
“Both documentaries promise to offer a unique behind-the-scenes perspective on the strength, teamwork, and advancements of the Nigerian Air Force, showcasing their role in not only safeguarding Nigeria but also contributing to continental security initiatives.
