The Air Force College of Nursing Sciences (NAFCONS) in Kaduna has announced that it is now accepting applications into its nursing programme for the 2025/2026 academic year.
The programme is available to military personnel, paramilitary members, and civilians who meet the necessary criteria.
This information was disclosed via the NAF’s official X handle on Sunday.
However, the post said candidates must go through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and adhere to their guidelines.
The educational requirements include having a minimum of five credits in relevant O-level subjects, English Language, mathematics, physics, biology, and chemistry, from no more than two sittings (such as WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB).
It also stated that applicants should be aged between 16 and 26 years as of September 30, 2025, and must be Nigerian citizens.

Additionally, applicants are required to have participated in the 2025 UTME and achieved a score of at least 180 points, with NAFCONS designated as their first choice institution.
The appropriate UTME subject combination includes, the use of English, physics, chemistry, and biology.
The nursing programme will span four years.
Following the UTME, NAFCONS will conduct a post-UTME screening exercise, which requires a non-refundable fee of N5,000 payable in cash at the college’s finance office.
Applicants must return their completed application forms along with photocopies of essential documents, including their O-level results, secondary school testimonial, birth certificate, certificate of state/local government origin, 2025 UTME result, and four passport photographs.
The oost-UTME screening is scheduled for September 8 to 12, 2025, and will be held at the Nigerian Air Force Base in Kaduna.
