MTN Nigeria commends MEDL for adequate power supply

The MTN Nigeria has commended the management of MainPower Electricity Distribution Limited (MEDL) for the remarkable improvement in the quality of service to its customers in Enugu State.
A development that has seen MTN enjoy up to 338 hours of uninterrupted power supply in its operations.
The Head of Communications at MEDL, Mr. Emeka Ezeh disclosed this to newsmen in Enugu today.
Ezeh confirmed that the commendation came from the Specialist, Power System Operations (East), MTN Nigeria, Mr. Peter Yakubu.

According to Ezeh, Yakubu described the advancement in service quality as a milestone that has positively impacted MTN’s operations and urged MEDL not to relent.
“Thank you for recording another 338 hours uninterrupted power supply. This is another milestone! We sincerely appreciate your efforts in maintaining consistency and excellence. Your continued commitment does not go unnoticed!”, Yakubu said.
Ezeh added that MTN’s commendation underscores MEDL’s vision to deliver uninterrupted and sustainable electricity to every household, business, and institution in Enugu State.
He further stated that the company envisions a future where reliable electricity serves as a catalyst for economic transformation, social development, and improved quality of life for all residents within the state.
He therefore assured customers of MEDL of the company’s commitment towards actualizing its objective of achieving 24/7 electricity supply across urban centers and commercial clusters within Enugu State by the year 2027, while calling on them for support.
MainPower Electricity Distribution Limited (MEDL) is a subsidiary of the Enugu Electricity Distribution Company PLC (EEDC) licensed by the Enugu State Electricity Regulatory Commission (EERC) to distribute electricity within Enugu
