To prove Nigerian citizens wrong, VeryDarkMan has launched an app on his organisation’s website where curious Nigerians can monitor and verify the transparency of the funds he receives in his non-governmental organisagtion.
Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, has taken significant steps to ensure transparency within his non-governmental organization by developing a tracking application. This initiative allows Nigerians to observe the organisation’s financial transactions in real-time, addressing concerns about fund management.
In a recent post on his Instagram handle, @verydarkblackman, the online sensation called on netizens, especially those accusing him of misusing the cash donations made to his organization, stating that while people were busy criticizing him, he was collaborating with a developer to build a live app that tracks all financial transactions made by a non-profit organisation. This app, linked to his website (https://mvoi4all.com/), provides Nigerians with real-time updates on cash inflow into the non-governmental organisation’s account.
VDM wrote on Instagram: @verydarkblackman: “Tag all those naysayers—Ogun kpai all of dem. No NGO in the world can do this. No NGO in Nigeria will ever do this. It is only VDM. You can’t doubt the ratel. I am a big force; I repeat, no one in this world will do this. Check MVOI4all.com, @mvoi4all. Verify here and also verify by yourself and @zenithbankplc. Double security on my NGO account.”
VDM’s commitment to transparency has earned praise, with many observers noting that the app enables users to see donations as they are received. This move underscores his dedication to accountability in his philanthropic efforts.

However, debates continue on social media, with critics accusing him of trying to overshadow other organisations while proving himself to be the best. Some also claim he is attempting to tarnish the government’s reputation for transparency.
In a post by @Comediandeeone on Instagram, he commented:
“But wait oh… VDM wants Access Bank to show him a bank statement of what happened to that dead man’s account because he knows and believes that a bank statement is very dependable. But, e reach his turn to show us his bank statement and he built an app linked with SMS?”
Other users also shared their opinions; @t_peperempe said: “We don’t want to hear that the site got hacked ooo… But nice move sha.” Also, @iam_moshcane commented thus, “never heard of this anywhere. Omo, how I wish our churches and all these NGO people can do this.” For @xmondt, the social media user described it as the “highest level of transparency,” while @samuelajiboyede observed that “honestly! I love this. I would appreciate it if our churches could do the same.”
Music icon also dropped his comment @donjazzy, saying “transparency pro max,” just as @unusualphyna noted that “transparency at its peak. VDM for president once more️,” while @jerryekong1989 said that “this is just the beginning. When God wants to use someone, He does it in marvelous ways. People think that blowing grammar or carrying a bible or looking decent makes one a messiah. VDM, God has ordained you, and you’ve proven to the world that Nigerians still have people of integrity who aren’t carried away by flashy lifestyles or money. Thank you for restoring the reputation of Nigerians. You are a blessing to this nation and the black race.”
Meanwhile, a user, @Kola Ehinmowo, posted on his Facebook account, https://www.facebook.com/100006232999211/videos/491050883977593/, advising VDM to cross-check or improve the security of his organisation’s website, warning that it could be hacked.
