Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) manager, Mauricio Pochettino, has said he hopes Kylian Mbappe remains at the club next season.
Pochettino, worried over the forward’s growing speculations of leaving by next summer to Real Madrid admitted that the negotiations between both clubs have not been favourable to PSG.
Kylian Mbappe is a prime target for Real Madrid President, Florentino Perez, who is eager to rebuild the club ahead of next season’s campaign.
With the deal not still feasible, Los Blancos has strengthened its interest in Borussia Dortmund youngster, Erling Haaland, a prime target for Manchester City.
Pochettino said: “We want the best for him and the club and the best thing is that he stays.
“Both I and the club think about it, but then there are negotiations that have to come to a successful conclusion,” he added.
Meanwhile, Kylian Mbappe has regretted the inability of the trio forward of PSG, Lionel Messi, Neymar, and him, not working in sync before now.
Mbappe stated this after the 6-1 win against Clermont in French Ligue 1 over the weekend.

The Frenchman scored a hattrick while setting up Neymar with an assist in one of Neymar’s three goals to compliment his performance in the game.
According to Canal Plus France, Mbappe said, “The complicity on the field with Messi and Neymar, it’s a shame it’s only happening now.”
However, the 23 years old refused to admit that Neymar and Messi will influence his decision to remain at the Paris De Princes.
