Reality TV star and billionaire’s son, Terseer Waya, popularly known as Kiddwaya, has stirred social media debate after disclosing what he does for a living.

Speaking on the Off the Record podcast, the former BBNaija housemate said his full-time occupation is “living life,” insisting that being a billionaire’s son is not as easy as many believe.

“I live life for a living. Do you know how challenging it is to be a rich man’s son? It’s difficult. I have to decide where to go, what clothes to wear, what girl to be with, and what club to visit. It’s not easy. I do that 24/7, January to January,” Kiddwaya said. “So when people ask me what I do for a living, I simply live my life.”

Pressed to explain further, he added, “What I do is wake up, decide on a destination I want to fly to, go there, and spend time with my friends, eating, drinking, and partying. Then I repeat that. I’m a man of leisure.”

The Benue-born socialite went on to describe his philosophy of enjoying life without the constraints of a regular job.

“I have a life, and it’s all about living it to the fullest. I’m not interested in the 9-to-5 stuff. I could come here and say I work in oil, trading, or other businesses, but that’s not my truth. I used to think about how to present my side businesses, but now I just live honestly. I’m a rich man’s son, living life from January to January and having fun,” he said.

When asked if he intends to keep living this way, Kiddwaya revealed that he hopes to share his lifestyle with a partner someday.

“One day, a girl will join me in this lifestyle, and we’ll travel the world together. If she ever asks me to change, I’m sure 90% of the time she’ll prefer my current way of living,” he said with a smile.

The clip from the interview has since gone viral, drawing mixed reactions online. While some Nigerians praised Kiddwaya for his honesty, others mocked his idea of “hard work,” describing it as privilege disguised as purpose.
