Kanye West is facing a new wave of serious allegations as former personal assistant Lauren Pisciotta has come forward with claims of sexual assault, sex trafficking, and other disturbing accusations in a recently filed lawsuit that could shake the entertainment world.
According to newly amended legal documents submitted this week, Pisciotta alleges that the rapper, now legally known as Ye, subjected her to repeated sexual misconduct and abuse while she was employed as his assistant. These latest filings add to a previous lawsuit she filed in 2024, which initially accused Kanye of sending her inappropriate messages and videos before abruptly firing her.
In her second amended complaint, Pisciotta details a series of alleged incidents, including sexual battery, assault, stalking, false imprisonment, and even sex trafficking. She claims the abuse began during a business trip to San Francisco, where they were working on the Donda Academy project. During that trip, Kanye allegedly made unwanted advances, kissed her without consent, and asked her invasive questions about her body.
The allegations become even more graphic. Pisciotta claims that during a late-night studio session for one of Kanye’s new albums, the rapper masturbated in front of her and touched her without permission before dozing off mid-conversation. She also alleges that on a separate occasion, Kanye forced his way into her hotel room, insisted on using her shower, and then physically assaulted her, pushing her onto the bed and coercing her into performing oral sex against her will.

Pisciotta says she was left traumatized, frozen in fear, and unable to react as the incident unfolded. She recounts that Kanye eventually stopped, apologized, and walked out of the room, leaving her in shock.
The court filing also includes shocking claims that Kanye attempted to “trade” her as a sexual offering to another man in exchange for the man’s partner. Pisciotta says the rapper had a reputation for using women in this way, often reducing them to bargaining chips for his own personal or sexual gain.
In an earlier version of her lawsuit filed in May, Pisciotta also accused Kanye of drugging her during a recording session allegedly hosted by music mogul Diddy. The amended complaints now paint a darker and more expansive picture of alleged abuse spanning multiple incidents and locations.
These explosive allegations come at a time when Kanye West is already a polarizing figure due to his erratic behavior, controversial remarks, and ongoing legal troubles. The new claims could have far-reaching implications for his personal and professional life as the case moves forward.
As of the time of publication, Kanye West and his legal team have not issued a public response to the latest allegations. The story continues to unfold, with growing calls for accountability and justice.
