Kano state has warned youths terrorising communities in the state to desist from disrupting the relative peace in the state or face the wrath of the state government.
The state Commissioner for Internal Security and Special Services, Air Vice Marshal Ibrahim Umar (rtd) gave the warning when he led security operatives to Kurna Tudun Fulani, one of the most vulnerable areas in Dala Local Government Area.
The visit was sequel to security tips on how some unscrupulous youths have been terrorising the community, which has led to the loss of lives and the destruction of properties.
The commissioner, however, noted that one such clash recently led to the death of one Abba Sa’idu.
He said the present administration under the leadership of Governor Abba Yusuf is committed to enhancing security in the state.
