The Kaduna State Government, under the leadership of Governor Uba Sani, has announced the commencement of recruitment for instructors into the newly established Kaduna State Institute of Vocational Training and Skills Development (IVTSD).
The initiative, championed by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Technology (MBIT), seeks to employ suitably qualified candidates into academic positions across the institute’s three strategically located campuses in the state’s senatorial zones.
According to the official announcement, the recruitment aligns with Governor Sani’s Rural Transformation Agenda, which emphasizes human capital development as a key strategy to reduce youth unemployment, curb restiveness, and enhance productivity across the state.
The IVTSD campuses are located in:
Zone One: Soba, Soba Local Government Area (Abubakar Dangiwa Umar Campus)
Zone Two: Rigachikun, Igabi LGA (Abdulkadir Balarabe Musa Campus)
Zone Three: Samaru-Kataf, Zangon Kataf LGA (Sir Patrick Ibrahim Yakowa Campus)
Vacancy categories include permanent and pensionable positions, contract appointments, and part-time engagements.
