Delta State lawmaker, Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko, representing Isoko North and South Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, has been conferred with the prestigious title of Honorary Fellow of The Academy of Management Nigeria (TAMN). The recognition came during the Academy’s 19th Annual International Conference, held at Southern Delta University, Ozoro.
The induction celebrated Ukodhiko’s remarkable strides in leadership, management, and grassroots development. President of the Academy, Prof. Seth Accra Jaja, described him as a rare leader with innovative ideas and unwavering dedication to societal progress. He noted that the fellowship reflects the positive impact Ukodhiko continues to make in Isoko, Delta State, and the nation at large.
In his acceptance speech, Rep. Ukodhiko expressed deep gratitude for the honour, pledging to uphold integrity, service, and commitment to national growth. He commended the Academy for its role in shaping good governance and promoting effective management culture in Nigeria.

“This country is ours to build, and we must work together to secure its progress. I assure you that Nigeria is on the right path, and I will continue to play my part,” Ukodhiko stated, while promising to remain a strong supporter of the Academy as an Honorary Fellow.
The event also honoured other distinguished personalities, including Prof. Nyehovwo J. Tonukari, Delta State Commissioner for Higher Education; Sir Fidelis O. Tilije, Commissioner for Finance; and Dr. Kingsley Ashibuogwu, Commissioner for Basic and Primary Education.
With his induction, Rep. Ukodhiko now joins the ranks of notable leaders shaping Nigeria’s management landscape. The fellowship not only celebrates his past contributions but also positions him as a driving force in advancing leadership, governance, and sustainable development across the country.
