Nigerian rapper Jesse Jagz on Wednesday night interrupted an Instagram Live session hosted by media personality Daddy Freeze to angrily condemn him, and Nigerians at large, for circulating discussions about the alleged marital crisis involving music icon 2Face Idibia.
The controversy began on Monday, December 1, when 2Face’s former manager, Kaka Igbokwe, appeared on Daddy Freeze’s Instagram platform, making explosive allegations about the musician’s relationship with his wife, Natasha Idibia.
Kaka claimed that Natasha had been physically and emotionally abusive toward 2Face, asserting that the singer had been reduced to what he described as a “house husband.” He further alleged that both parties were dealing with substance-related struggles, suggesting they needed professional rehabilitation and therapy. He also accused Natasha of taking control of 2Face’s finances and making questionable financial decisions.

The interview quickly ignited social media outrage, with many Nigerians calling for 2Face to be “rescued” from the situation.
However, on Wednesday, December 3, 2Face publicly appealed for calm. In a message addressing the escalating online attacks on his wife, he urged Nigerians to “cease fire,” warning that the hostility toward Natasha was becoming dangerous and could put her in physical harm.
Later that night, during Daddy Freeze’s follow-up Instagram Live, Jesse Jagz unexpectedly joined the stream and issued a stern rebuke. He insisted that 2Face, whom he repeatedly described as a “legend”, deserves privacy and respect rather than online speculation and character attacks.
Jesse Jagz also disclosed that he intends to leave Jos, where he currently lives, and travel to Abuja to personally support the embattled music star.
