The Chairman of the Isoko South Local Government Area of Delta State, Warri Ovoke, Has mourned the death of the immediate past Chairman of the local government, Victor Asasa.
Ovoke, in a condolence message on Wednesday, described the late chairman as someone who rendered meritorious service to the people of Isoko South.
He added that the late Asasa left behind a record of remarkable impact in the local government.
Ovoke extended his condolences to the immediate family of the deceased and the Aviara kingdom.
He prayed to God to overlook the former chairman’s shortcomings and accept his return.
The statement reads: “Victor Asasa’s meritorious service to the people of Isoko South will never be forgotten.
