The first World Humanoid Robot Games kicked off in Beijing on Thursday, August 14, 2025, with an opening ceremony.
The competition events started on Friday, August 15, and are set to run until Sunday, August 17.
The games feature participants from 16 countries, including the United States, Germany, and Japan.
Robot athletes will compete in various events such as athletics, soccer, dance, and martial arts.
