As the contentious trial involving Diddy and the witness unfolds with increasingly startling disclosures, a text message has surfaced where Cassie communicated her eagerness to engage in freak off with Diddy.
During the cross-examination by Diddy’s legal team, jurors were presented on Thursday, with numerous explicit and sexual messages exchanged between the two throughout their relationship.
In one specific text, Cassie indicates to Diddy, “I’m always down for a freak-off, it can happen anytime.” This message was sent via BlackBerry on August 5, 2009, roughly two years into their romantic involvement.
The defense contends that the individuals, including Cassie, who have accused Diddy were active participants in the intimate encounters and that all actions were consensual.
They appear to be emphasizing this point through the texts presented during the trial.
Cassie had previously stated in testimony that her initial intimate encounter occurred during the first year of their relationship when she was 22, leaving her feeling confused and sullied.

However, this message suggests she was conveying a different narrative to Diddy at that moment.
Other text exchanges reviewed by the defense in court show Cassie stating, “I feel like I want to have s*x,” to which Diddy replies, “I’m so turned on that I can’t focus,” and Cassie responds, “I’ll swing by Duane Reade for candles and arrange the room.”
Another message sent by Cassie to Diddy stated, “Can’t wait for you to tease me intimately.”
During the questioning, Diddy’s lawyer Anna Estevao inquired whether Diddy had instructed Cassie on oral s*x, to which she affirmed, “he did.”
Cassie was prompted to read another text but requested Estevao take over, as it made her laugh. This particular message, from 2007, expressed, “I feel safe, you’re so kind.”
Cassie was questioned regarding her 21st birthday celebration in Las Vegas, where she had earlier testified that Diddy was the first to kiss her.
She noted that celebrities present included Britney Spears and Dallas Austin.
