The Ifeoma Aguba Fadahunsi Foundation (IAFF) has enrolled over 100 candidates in its newly launched Ifeoma Skill Acquisition Program (ISAP), an initiative aimed at empowering youths and alleviating poverty in Delta State.
The program was officially flagged off on October 19, 2024, at Owesse Primary School in Kwale, Ndokwa West Local Government Area, with beneficiaries selected from across various tribes in the state.
Through ISAP, the candidates will undergo training in a range of vocational skills and will be equipped with starter packs upon completion, enabling them to start their own businesses and improve their livelihoods.
The Foundation, whose core areas include skill acquisition, charity, educational grants, and social services, has committed to making a lasting impact on the socio-economic well-being of Delta State residents.

Chief Vincent Osilonya, Chairman of Ndokwa East Local Government Area, represented by Hon. Tunji Iyasele, praised the foundation’s founder, Mrs. Ifeoma Aguba Fadahunsi, for her philanthropic work and urged others to follow her example. “What they are doing here is commendable,” he said, noting that the initiative would not only improve living standards but also help reduce crime rates in the region.
Community leader Chief (Mrs.) Faith Onah highlighted the significance of the program, describing it as a divine intervention, particularly in light of the economic challenges facing Nigeria. She commended the foundation’s efforts in training both male and female youths, emphasizing, “They are here to train our children for a better future.”
As IAFF continues to extend its reach across more local government areas in Delta State, local leaders have promised to collaborate with the foundation to ensure the program’s long-term success and sustainability.
