The Women’s Environmental Programme in collaboration with Christian Aid, ActionAid, Hope Alive for Possibilities Initiative, and the Gender Advocacy Movement for the Environment (GAME) is launching a GESI Performance Leaderboard, focusing on sub-national governments in Nigeria in 2025.
The GESI Performance Leaderboard aims to assess and rank the efforts of the sub-national governments to ensure gender-responsive and inclusive governance.
This is important as a gender-responsive and inclusive government will ensure better management of resources, taking into accounts the needs of everyone, thereby leaving no one behind.
