Investigation reveals that the wife of Ini local government chairman Mrs Israel Idaisin who is the coordinator of Maintain Peace Movement – the political group of governor Udom Emmanuel brought the women with two buses as directed by the Commissioner for Women Affairs in the state.
But surprisingly sources disclosed that the Commissioner for Agriculture Dr Glory Edet who comes from the same local government area with the wife of Ini council chairman brought five buses and mobilized women more than the required number from different local government areas and disrupted the event.

” I am the Dean of Commissioners and leader of all the women in the state”, Dr Edet yelled, I have the right to bring women to the event and nothing anyone can do to stop me.”
It was gathered that the argument drew the attention of the governor’s wife who directed senator Akon Eyaknyie to send the Commissioner of Agriculture out of the venue of the event with the help of security operatives.
The argument and physical combat between the duo, Dr Edet with her women as they wanted to occupy the canopy kept for Ini Women which was led by Mrs Idaisin ensued till the First Lady, Mrs Martha Emmanuel arrived at the venue of the event.
