In a statement issued on Tuesday by his Special Adviser on Muslim Religious Affairs, Alhaji Hussaini Ismail, the governor extended his heartfelt congratulations to Hafeez Mujaheed Salihu for his remarkable victory in the recently concluded National Qur’anic Competition organized by Jama’atul Izalatul Bidia Wa Ikamatu Sunna (JIBWIS) in Kano State.
