Gov. Eno disclosed that Amitec Construction and Development Limited has already been mobilised for the project and stressed that all identified failed sections must be fixed before the end of the dry season.

Among the roads slated for maintenance are the Oron Road by Udo Umana, Udo Eduok, Okon Essien, Plaza Bypass, Ikot Ekpene Road, Abak Road, Clement Isong Street, parts of Nsikak Eduok Avenue, and Port Harcourt Street.

Others include Itam Junction Roundabout, sections of Obio Imo Street, roads around D’Angelo Hotel, and the EFCC office in Ewet Housing Estate, Johnson Street off Aka Road, Ekpenyong Street, and several others.

The governor also received briefings from the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Health, during which he approved the first-quarter distribution of food items to vulnerable residents, scheduled to take place during the upcoming Easter period.

In the education sector, Gov. Eno approved the payment of first and second term subventions for public primary, secondary, and technical colleges.
