Yobe State Governor, Mai Mala Buni, has officially flagged off the All Progressives Congress (APC) Zonal Stakeholders Town Hall Meeting in Zone B, calling on party support groups to remain law-abiding, loyal, and committed to party traditions. The event, held at the Damagum Auditorium Hall in Fune Local Government Area, served as a platform to strengthen party unity, review policies, and strategize for APC’s continued dominance in the state and across Nigeria.
Representing the governor at the meeting, Deputy Governor Idi Barde Gubana urged party faithful to demonstrate unwavering support without discrimination, emphasizing that unity remains key to the party’s growth. He also encouraged youths to respect constituted authorities while engaging in political activities, stressing the importance of discipline and party loyalty.
The APC leadership in Yobe reaffirmed its commitment to delivering impactful governance, with the deputy governor highlighting Governor Buni’s contributions to infrastructural and human development. He noted that under Buni’s leadership, the party has recorded remarkable achievements, positioning Yobe as a model for good governance within the APC fold.

Speaker of the Yobe State House of Assembly, Chiroma Buba Mashio, also addressed the gathering, underscoring the importance of synergy between party leaders and the electorate. He noted that close engagement and understanding at the grassroots level would drive sustainable development and solidify APC’s dominance in future elections.
