The Rivers State Government officially commissioned the rehabilitated Okocha Road and its spurs in the Rumuolumeni community, Obio/Akpor Local Government Area today, marking a significant infrastructure enhancement for the region.
Governor Sir Siminalayi Fubara presided over the commissioning event which took place at Okocha Junction, Nkpor Road, Rumuolumeni. The ceremony, held at 11:00 AM, was not just a celebration of new road infrastructure but also an acknowledgment of the government’s commitment to improving connectivity and living standards within the state.
The reconstruction of Okocha Road is part of a broader initiative by Governor Fubara’s administration to advance infrastructure and security across Rivers State.
