No fewer than 220 exhibitors from five continents are expected to participate in the Food and Beverage West Africa show. The event holds between June 14, 2022, and June 16, 2022, at the Landmark Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Its organisers, BtoB Events, assured that the show will be the biggest food and beverage fair in Nigeria, adding that the event will focus on promoting Nigerian food and beverage products.

Speaking at the event, Managing Director of BtoB Events, Jamie Hill, said: “After the huge success of FAB West Africa 2021, I cannot wait to bring the largest edition of the Food and Beverage West Africa exhibition back to Nigeria. This exhibition will be the first exhibition to utilise the new third hall at the Landmark Centre, perhaps making it the largest food and beverage exhibition on the African continent.

“This year’s exhibition has seen an incredible increase in demand for exhibition space and will host exhibitors from across 40 countries and five continents. The previous edition in September 2021 was a huge success, despite certain COVID-19 and travel restrictions.

“So for 2022 and the first edition since international travel was relaxed, we have seen a surge in demand for exhibition spaces. This exhibition will sell out so interested exhibitors should book their spaces.”

The sponsors and partners for this year’s edition include Just Food, NASCO Group, Mamuda, Casa De Campo, Great Grey, SE Group–Abbad Pack, Indonesian Trade Promotion Centre, National Association of Nigerian Traders–NANTS, Nigerian Hotel & Catering Group and Oke-Arin Trades’ Association, Lagos.

Others are the Onitsha Main Markets Traders Union (OMMATU), Ogbaru Main Market Traders Association (OMMTA), Eziukwu Market Food & Beverage Dealers Association, Aba, Balogun Business Association of Nigeria, the Association of Food Vendors in Nigeria (AFVN), NASON, REFSPAN and Conference of Agri-Businesses in Nigeria (CABIN).

The Trumpet recalled that BtoB Events had previously overseen eight exhibitions across Africa and was responsible for the launch of West Africa’s largest beauty exhibition, Beauty West Africa and the West Africa Automotive Show.
