Minister of Communication, Digital Economy and Innovation, Dr. Bosun Tijani, will officially launch the Nigerian Artificial Intelligence Industry Collective on Tuesday, April 15, 2025.
The launch will attract over 70 top AI leaders from Nigeria’s leading AI-driven companies, AI-focused start-ups, enablers/hyperscalers, and professional associations.
It will feature the unveiling of the national AI strategy to the industry community, the launch of the AI Collective leadership learning series, the launch of AI Collective diaspora-connect, the release of AI Collective compilation of AI for social good use cases from Nigeria, and the kick-off of AI Collective sectoral networks.

Although the forum was formally launched last October, the Nigeria AI Collective is a collaborative platform designed to unify key players across government, academia, industry, and civil society in building a thriving, inclusive, and future-ready AI landscape for the nation.
The programme is sponsored by the AI industry gurus, which include the National Center for Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Data Science Nigeria, Luminate, Lagos Business School, Center for Journalism Innovation and Development and AI Collective.
