The Federal Ministry of Education has initiated a one-year strategic program to recruit Technical Facilitators for Federal Technical Colleges across the country, aimed at enhancing reforms in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).
According to a statement from Folasade Boriowo, Director of Press and Public Relations at the Ministry, this initiative is in line with Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda and seeks to address Nigeria’s significant skills gap by hiring qualified professionals from the industry to provide modern, competency-based training.
The Ministry indicated that the recruitment effort is looking for experienced technical experts with strong teaching skills to improve both practical and theoretical education in Federal Technical Colleges.
