The Federal Polytechnic Orogun, Delta State, has officially announced the commencement of admissions into its National Diploma (ND) full-time and part-time programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session. The institution, located in Orogun, Ughelli North Local Government Area, invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for any of its twelve NBTE-approved programmes across three schools.
According to the management, the institution, established in 2023, is committed to producing globally competitive, entrepreneurial-minded graduates while fostering excellence through cutting-edge research, industry partnerships, and a conducive learning environment.
Available Programmes at Federal Polytechnic Orogun:
The institution offers a wide range of courses under the School of Applied Sciences, School of Engineering Technology, and School of Business Studies. Available programmes include Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Accountancy, Marketing, Mass Communication, and more.
Admission Requirements:
For full-time ND admission, candidates must sit for the 2025 JAMB Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) with a minimum score of 100 and have five credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics. Candidates who did not initially choose Federal Polytechnic Orogun as their first choice can still apply by effecting a change of institution on the JAMB portal.
For part-time ND admission, no JAMB is required. Applicants must possess at least five credit passes in relevant subjects, including English and Mathematics. Those who scored below 100 in the 2025 UTME may also register for part-time admission through accredited CBT centres.

Programme Duration and Fees:
The full-time programme runs for two years (four semesters), while the part-time programme spans three years (six semesters). Application fees are pegged at ₦3,500 for full-time applicants and ₦4,500 for part-time applicants.
