Caroline Dubois has ignited fresh excitement in the lightweight division after signing a promotional deal with Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions. The unbeaten WBC world champion, who parted ways with Boxxer, becomes the newest high-profile addition to a growing roster that already includes Ellie Scotney and Alycia Baumgardner.
Dubois, aged twenty four, carries an unblemished record of twelve victories and one draw and now steps into one of the sport’s brightest spotlights. She will defend her WBC crown against Italy’s Camila Panatta on the undercard of the Paul versus Anthony Joshua event scheduled for December 19 in Miami, a stage expected to draw global viewership.

The champion described the switch as a decisive moment, saying she felt ready for a new chapter that would push her toward wider recognition. She repeated her ambition to become the leading figure in women’s boxing, a goal that has driven her since lifting the world title and defending it twice.
Despite her success, unification opportunities have been scarce. Terri Harper holds the WBO belt, Stephanie Han guards the WBA version, and Elif Nur Turhan recently claimed the IBF title. Dubois had weighed a renewed deal with Boxxer, yet eventually accepted MVP’s proposal after months of interest from promoters around the world.
Nakisa Bidarian confirmed that the partnership will extend beyond the Miami showcase, noting plans for a United Kingdom bout early in 2026. He described Dubois as the most sought after free agent in the women’s ranks, a view echoed by Jake Paul as the pair welcomed the champion into their stable.
