Delta State Government has officially commenced registration for the 2025 July Stream/Holiday Class into its Vocational Education Centres across the state, offering young people and job seekers the opportunity to acquire in-demand skills for self-reliance and economic empowerment.
The initiative, spearheaded by the Delta State Technical and Vocational Education Board (TVEB), is a major part of the state’s youth development drive and human capital strategy under Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s administration.
According to the Executive Secretary of TVEB, Mr. Stanley Eruemulor, interested applicants can now pick up registration forms at any of the state-owned vocational centres offering a wide range of market-driven trades. These include Fashion and Design, Hairdressing and Makeup, Barbing, Electrical Installation, Catering, Welding and Fabrication, General Craft, Cosmetology, ICT, Computer Engineering, Event Management and Decoration, Building (Tiling, Interlocking, POP), Plumbing, and Refrigeration.
The registration exercise, now in full swing, is open to all interested Deltans and residents who wish to take advantage of the holiday season to gain practical skills in fast-growing sectors.

Training will take place at over a dozen fully equipped centres strategically located across the state, including those in Asaba, Ozoro, Sapele, Agbarho, Mbiri, Otor-Owhe, Afiesere, Owa-Oyibu, Orerokpe, Egbokodo, Bulu-Angiama, Emede, Umutu, Kokori, and Oza-Nogogo.
