The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Emomotimi Guwor, has showered encomiums on renowned Niger Delta businessman and philanthropist, Mr. Mathew Tonlagha, as he marks his 50th birthday, describing him as a worthy ambassador of the Ijaw nation and a model of service to humanity.
