Former presidential aspirant and media entrepreneur, Dele Momodu, has officially joined the African Democratic Congress (ADC), marking his return to active grassroots politics in Edo State.
Momodu made the announcement on Thursday in Benin City while addressing supporters, emphasizing that his decision was motivated by a desire to serve the people rather than personal political ambition.
“I have been asked whether I am aiming to be governor or senator. The answer is no,” he said. “My goal is to advance the welfare and interests of our people.”
Reflecting on his personal journey, the Ovation publisher highlighted his decades of hard work and dedication in building a home in Iwe, stressing that his deep community roots remain unquestionable.
