Chairman/CEO of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM), Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, OON, has called on Nigerians living abroad to actively support and align with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s reform agenda, especially the newly introduced Nigeria First Policy.
In a widely circulated video statement, Dabiri-Erewa highlighted the importance of this groundbreaking policy, which seeks to prioritize local content, promote Nigerian-made goods, and adopt indigenous solutions for government procurement and national development. She described the policy as a bold step toward building a self-reliant economy and repositioning Nigeria on the global map.
“The Nigeria First Policy comes at a time when the nation needs all hands on deck. It’s a call to action for Nigerians in the diaspora to bring their expertise, resources, and innovative ideas back home,” she said. “This is your moment to invest in the future of Nigeria, a future built by Nigerians for Nigerians.”
