Stephen Curry delivered a masterclass performance with 46 points to lead the Golden State Warriors to a stunning 125–120 victory over the San Antonio Spurs, handing the hosts their first home loss of the NBA season. The electrifying display at Frost Bank Center ended the Warriors’ six-game losing streak on the road and reignited their playoff push.
Curry, a two-time NBA MVP, came alive in the second half, pouring in 29 points as the Warriors outscored the Spurs 76–64. His clutch shooting down the stretch silenced the San Antonio crowd and reminded fans why he remains one of the most lethal scorers in basketball. “That third quarter is what we do, getting stops, pushing, creating easy offense. Thankfully I was able to knock a couple down,” Curry said after the win.
Despite the loss, the Spurs witnessed history as Victor Wembanyama and Stephon Castle became the first teammates in franchise history to record triple-doubles in the same game. But even their combined brilliance could not contain Curry’s hot hand.

In Los Angeles, Nikola Jokic powered the Denver Nuggets to a 130–116 win over the Clippers, scoring 55 points, including 25 in the first quarter alone. The three-time MVP also grabbed 12 rebounds and six assists, marking his fourth career 50-point regular season performance and extending Denver’s winning streak to six games.
