Pentecostal cleric, Bishop (Dr.) Blossom Innocent has encouraged Christian women to embrace strength in faith and life with courage, alertness, and spiritual power.
She said this during a three-day empowerment event organized by the World Harvest Women Fellowship International.
The conference with the theme: “The Combatant Woman,” brought together Christian women from across the nation for a time of worship, reflection, and renewed purpose.
Bishop Blossom’s message was a compelling call for women to claim their rightful roles in both their lives and their faith.
Referencing Genesis 3:15, she illuminated the concept of the “combatant woman” as a figure not of weakness, but of divine strength, wisdom, and purpose.
“She is not a minus. She is the answer,” Bishop Blossom stated, rejecting views that limit women to traditional domestic roles.
She emphasized that Christian women should view themselves as warriors who are spiritually aware and emotionally resilient.
“Every woman must awaken and take her position. You must be bold and strategic in facing challenges,” she urged.
Addressing the attendees, she cautioned against complacency and spiritual ignorance, which she identified as tools of the enemy.
She reminded the audience that life can be a battlefield, and women need to be spiritually and mentally equipped to succeed.
“There is an enemy,” she warned. “At some point, challenges may arise in your marriage, career, health, or family. When that happens, you must not retreat. You must rise and confront the issue.”
Bishop Blossom encouraged women to develop “spiritual intelligence,” knowing when to take action and when to exercise restraint, adding that the true “combatant woman” approaches her struggles through prayer, maintaining her stance even in adversity.
Quoting Proverbs 18:10, “The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run into it and are safe,” she highlighted the importance of unwavering faith in God and spiritual discipline.

She also called for a “level of spiritual madness,” a passionate drive that encourages women to step out of their comfort zones and take bold action.
“You cannot remain silent or passive. A combatant woman perseveres; she prays, she pushes through, and she prevails.”
Bishop Blossom emphasized that the true measure of a combatant woman lies in her spiritual maturity, which encompasses growth in faith, wisdom, character, and bravery.
She concluded by outlining the essential traits that define such a woman: discernment, discipline, resilience, and the courage to face life’s challenges head-on.
“The time has come,” she proclaimed, “for women to stand as warriors in prayer, purpose, and power.”
