In her vision to extend love to the less privileged in the society, the Chairman, Oriade Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Amuwo Odofin, Lagos State, Honorable Mrs Ramotalai Akinlola Hassan marked her birthday on Thursday with all the female inmates inside the correctional service facility in Kirikiri.
The LCDA chairperson, who is also aspiring to the House of Representatives, Amuwo Odofin Federal constituency next year, was accompanied to the female correctional service facility by a large number of her supporters with uniforms containing her pictures and All Progressives Congress (APC) logo.

The chairperson who spoke to The Trumpet, shortly before the celebration began at the prison said, “it has been my desire that on my birthday this year I will celebrate it with all the females inside this correctional facility, which is under my local government.”
According to her, after the event at the female prison more celebration will be carried across many motherless homes in Lagos. She donated food items, clothes to the management of the female correctional service facility before she left to the motherless baby homes.
