Former Niger Delta militant leader and activist, Mujahid Asari-Dokubo, has issued a stern warning to Boko Haram terrorists and other armed groups, declaring that he will personally confront and eliminate any terrorist who attempts to operate in Rivers State.
In a video that went viral on Tuesday, Asari-Dokubo reacted to the recent wave of killings and kidnappings across the country, saying that criminals should steer clear of Port Harcourt, the Rivers state capital, if they value their lives.
Asari-Dokubo stressed that although he is a devout Muslim, his religious beliefs do not prevent him from defending himself or the people of Port Harcourt.
“Being a Muslim does not mean I’ll fold my hands while someone tries to harm me,” he said, vowing to resist any terrorist incursion with force.
