The Akanu Ibiam International Airport in Enugu, will reopen and resume full operations today, Monday, April 28, following a recent announcement by the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).
This reopening comes after significant emergency repairs were conducted on the airport’s runway, which had previously been scheduled to be shut down from April 22 to May 6, 2025.
