The Taraba state coordinator of the National Youths Council of Nigeria, NYCN, Gara Soyonga Nongha, have urged young people spread across the state to adhere strictly to the law.
More to his calls, was on the need for the Youths, irrespective of political parties, tribes and religious affiliations, to embrace the current state governor, Dr. Agbu Kefas, agenda.
Nongha who made the appeal last night at a concert organized by youths in the state under the banner of K-Move, in commemoration of the governor’s one year in office, also commended Kefas for prioritizing youth involvement in governance.
Applauding K-Move for transforming social media engagement in the state, he called on the Youths to put aside their differences by throwing their weights in support of Governor Kefas-led administration.
The event which our reporter noticed to have begun at about 9 p.m., heralded the presence of youths from the nooks and crannies of the state, including top government functionaries.
Aligning his weight to that of the NYCN coordinator, a social media influencer, Joseph Terrance, who took his time to explain the governor’s five-finger agenda, detailed the significant progress in areas such as workers’ welfare, education, and infrastructure.

Like Nongha he encouraged unity and cooperation among the youths, stressing the need for all sundries, especially the youths, to support the governor’s vision.
Reeling out the lists of youths that have been appointed into various positions of authority by the Kefas-led administration, with all hands on deck, the state, as envisaged by him, will in no distant time be catapulted to the peak.
Other dignitaries especially the commissioners who took their time to explain where the state was before and its present position, pleased with the people of the state to eschew arets capable of dragging the state backward.
The youths who were of the view that Taraba could compete favourably with states like Lagos, Rivers, and Kaduna among others, collectively reaffirmed the readiness to throw their weight behind the incumbent state government.
