The Youth Coalition of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Adamawa State has called for the immediate dissolution of the party’s executive committee led by Comrade Shehu Yohanna.
At a press conference held at the NUJ Press Center in Yola, the Chairman of the ADC Youth Coalition, Mallam Mohammed Alhaji Adamu, appealed to the party’s national leadership to intervene and dissolve the current state executive to enable smoother and faster progress within the party.
Alhaji Adamu criticized the current leadership, claiming that the party is facing internal crises under Comrade Shehu Yohanna.
He further stated that the political ambitions of Alhaji Mustapha Arabi have been hindered by negative influences within the party.
According to him, a complete overhaul of the state executive committee is necessary to pave the way for a more progressive leadership that includes youths and women key stakeholders in the party’s growth.
