The Adamawa State College of Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Studies (ADCOTIES), Gulak, has announced a major recruitment exercise targeting both academic and non-teaching professionals as part of efforts to strengthen its workforce ahead of full operations.
The institution, established under the administration of Governor Ahmadu Fintiri, is seeking to fill a wide range of roles across academic, technical, vocational, medical, and administrative departments.
Officials say the recruitment aligns with the state government’s development agenda, which prioritises job creation, skills development, and economic growth under the 2026 budget framework.

According to the announcement on Monday, some roles are reserved exclusively for indigenes of Adamawa State, while all applicants must meet specified criteria, including relevant educational qualifications, computer literacy, and age requirements.
Interested candidates are required to submit their applications online via the official recruitment portal https://recruit.kema.com.ng/dashboard.php before the deadline of April 20, 2026.
The college, located in Gulak, Madagali Local Government Area, is designed to deliver practical, industry-driven education aimed at equipping students with employable skills.
